Information on document formats

When sending us attachment and documents in electronic form, we strongly prefer the use of free, open and interoperable formats, such as:

• raw text(.txt)
• Rich Text Format (RTF)
• HTML
• XML (preferably: Docbook, StarOffice/OpenOffice's SXW, OASIS opendoc)
• PDF
• TIFF, Jpeg, PNG
• PostScript (.ps) and Encapsulated PostScript (.eps)
• TeX - LyX

we can also send and receive S/MIME encrypted messages. for this, and to obtain a public key, please contact us in advance.

For download you could find the public key to send encrypted messages or to verity the signature of them (we use GnuPG v.1.2, free and compatible with PgP).
